“Run/Walk From Hermosa Pier to Manhattan Beach Pier and back in the sand.” Will you have the fastest time, the best prizes or make memories for a life time. . .
Pier to Pier Run became something that Charlie Saikley (Godfather Of Professional Volley Ball) and I used to joke about this run. So I decided to run from Manhattan Beach Pier to Hermosa Beach Pier and back. I thought, what an accomplishment to feel the RUSH! So I shared that rush with my students and then it became a community event by Charlie Saikley. Since then I always want it to be keep the

Now the Pier to Pier Run is in Hermosa Beach since 2008 a growing.

First, you drop halfway down in the push-up position and hold it there. “Here’s where the love begins, count to 30, then shift and move your hands to the right side. Make a quarter turn. Count to 30, then make a quarter turn to the left and count to 30. Then back to the middle and still halfway down and count to 30.
The reason for this push up was to inspire us as people to overcome negative energy and turn it around to be able to inspire others with more positive energy with in us.

(My son “Shamor Charles who was challenge that way and lost his life at 28 yrs old”) Shamor would say; Negative energy was all around him and so his came back with negative and lost his life.
GI Joe $1,000 Push-Up Challenge “Last man, woman or child standing, will get paid!” try my one push up, some people say it a life changing experience. But you have to listen to the words to overcome the challenges that stand in front of you… You really find out it all about you. Challenges are like blessing when you can get to the other side.
